Programs and Structure

Tech BridgeX Academy offers intensive, skill-based training in the following fields:

• Graphics Design
• Motion Graphics & Motion Design
• Video Editing
• Introduction to Web3 & Blockchain
• AI Automation
• Virtual Assistance
• Forex Trading

Each program runs in sessions lasting for two (2) months, structured as follows:

• Month One (Basic/Foundation Level):
  Completely free of charge and open to new students. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of these courses.
• Month Two (Advanced Level):
  The paid phase of the training where advanced topics, tools, and projects are covered. Only students who successfully complete the first month and wish to continue will be required to pay the applicable course fee.

Enrollment and Admission

• Enrollment is open to individuals aged 16 years and above (or with parental consent if under 16).
• Seats are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The Academy reserves the right to approve or decline admission at its discretion.

Fees and Payment

• The first month (Basic class) is free.
• The second month (Advanced class) attracts a training fee as stated on the course registration form or Academy notice board.
• Fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the Advanced phase, unless an approved payment plan has been arranged.
• Payment receipts should be kept for reference and verification.
• All fees are non-transferable between students or courses.

Refund Policy

• We have a strict No-Refund policy.
• Once the Advanced class has started, no refund will be granted, except in exceptional cases, subject to management approval.

Attendance and Punctuality

• Students must maintain at least 80% attendance to qualify for a certificate of completion.
• Consistent lateness, absenteeism, or lack of participation may result in exclusion from the Advanced phase.
• Students unable to attend a class may request access to the recorded session for review.

Conduct and Discipline

• All students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow students.
• The following are strictly prohibited within Academy premises:Harassment, fighting, or abusive language ,Plagiarism or academic dishonesty,Damage to Academy property ,Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or any illegal activity
• Any misconduct may lead to suspension or permanent dismissal without refund.

Class Recordings and Media Use

• Live sessions may be recorded for academic, promotional, or archival purposes.
• By participating in the program, students consent to being recorded or photographed unless they opt out in writing.
• Recordings are provided exclusively for enrolled students and may not be shared, copied, or sold.

Learning Materials and Intellectual Property

• All handouts, videos, slides, and materials provided by Tech BridgeX are the intellectual property of the Academy or its instructors.
• Students are granted a limited personal-use license only and may not reproduce, distribute, or use materials commercially without written authorization.

Use of Facilities and Safety

• Students are required to keep the learning environment clean and handle all Academy property responsibly.
• Any intentional or negligent damage to Academy facilities or equipment must be paid for by the responsible student.
• Tech BridgeX is not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings within the premises.

Certification

• Certificates of Completion will be issued only to students who: Attend the required number of classes,Complete assignments/projects satisfactorily, and ,Fulfill all financial obligations for the Advanced phase.
• Certificates represent successful participation, not a guarantee of employment or earnings.

Liability and Disclaimer

• Training at Tech BridgeX Academy is provided on an “as is” basis.
• The Academy, its instructors, or affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising during or after the training.
• Students are advised to ensure proper data backups of their digital work and use personal equipment responsibly.

Amendments and Updates

• Tech BridgeX reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions when necessary.
• Any updates will be communicated through official notices, emails, or announcements during class.
• Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts within Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
