Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Tech BridgeX Academy, a registered training institution dedicated to equipping students with digital skills for global relevance. By enrolling in any of our programs or participating in classes held at Tech BridgeX Academy, you (“Student”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which govern your participation and relationship with the Academy.

Programs and Structure

Tech BridgeX Academy offers intensive, skill-based training in the following fields:

  • Graphics Design
  • Motion Graphics & Motion Design
  • Video Editing
  • Introduction to Web3 & Blockchain
  • AI Automation
  • Virtual Assistance
  • Forex Trading

Each program runs for two (2) months, structured as:

Month One (Basic / Foundation Level): Completely free and open to new students. Covers course fundamentals.

Month Two (Advanced Level): Paid phase covering advanced tools, topics, and projects. Only students who complete Month One and choose to continue are required to pay the course fee.

Enrollment and Admission

  • Enrollment is open to individuals aged 16+ (or with parental consent).
  • Seats are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The Academy reserves the right to approve or decline admission.

Fees and Payment

  • The first month (Basic class) is free.
  • The second month (Advanced class) attracts a stated training fee.
  • Fees must be fully paid before the Advanced phase unless on an approved plan.
  • Payment receipts must be retained for verification.
  • Fees are non-transferable between students or courses.

Refund Policy

We operate a strict No-Refund policy. Once the Advanced class begins, refunds are not granted except in exceptional cases subject to management approval.

Attendance and Punctuality

  • Minimum 80% attendance is required for certificate eligibility.
  • Persistent lateness or absenteeism may result in exclusion.
  • Students may request access to recorded sessions if absent.

Conduct and Discipline

Students must maintain respectful and professional behavior. The following are prohibited:

  • Harassment, fighting, or abusive language
  • Plagiarism or academic dishonesty
  • Damage to Academy property
  • Smoking, alcohol, or illegal activity

Misconduct may lead to suspension or permanent dismissal without refund.

Class Recordings and Media Use

  • Live sessions may be recorded for academic or promotional purposes.
  • Participation implies consent unless a written opt-out is submitted.
  • Recordings are for enrolled students only and may not be shared or sold.

Learning Materials and Intellectual Property

All materials provided are the intellectual property of Tech BridgeX or its instructors. Students receive a personal-use license and may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

Use of Facilities and Safety

  • Students must keep the environment clean and handle equipment responsibly.
  • Damage caused intentionally or negligently must be paid for.
  • The Academy is not liable for lost personal belongings.

Certification

Certificates are issued only to students who meet attendance, project completion, and financial requirements. Certificates do not guarantee employment or earnings.

Liability and Disclaimer

Training is provided on an “as-is” basis. The Academy shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising during or after the program. Students are advised to back up their digital work and manage equipment responsibly.

Amendments and Updates

Tech BridgeX may revise these Terms when necessary. Updates will be communicated via official notices, email, or in-class announcements. Continued participation implies acceptance of updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and apply within the courts of Akwa Ibom State.
